Fred CRM Assistant Intern

- Implement and monitor the activation plan for One-to-Many and One-to-One client campaigns.
- Create and manage newsletter campaigns across all markets, including content creation, text drafting in French and English, and coordination of translations.
- Coordinate internal communications with the image, social media, and ecommerce departments, as well as local market activations and occasional creative agency collaborations.
- Develop and implement personalized One-to-One messages for the sales force using clienteling tools.
- Participate in updating and analyzing monthly CRM dashboards and track CRM KPIs for activity reporting.
- Report and analyze the performance of One-to-Many and One-to-One campaigns using business intelligence tools.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and CRM benchmarking.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business school, university equivalent, or engineering school.
- Strong interest in the jewelry industry and customer relations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, and Photoshop is advantageous.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
Internship stipend of €1300 gross per month.
One day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers valued at €10 per day with 60% covered by the company, and 50% coverage of transportation subscription costs.
