CRM and Customer Experience Assistant Intern

1. Implement and monitor the clienteling and customer communication plan.
2. Create and manage newsletter campaigns for all markets, including text writing, asset proposals, translations, HTML integration, targeting preparation, and BAT testing.
3. Coordinate communications with the image, social, ecommerce departments, and the creative agency.
4. Develop and implement personalized messages for the sales force.
5. Track and report performance metrics.
6. Draft weekly communications for top clients.
7. Participate in the development of boutique animation guidelines for markets and analyze client activations worldwide.
8. Conduct competitive analysis and consolidate benchmarks.
9. Report and analyze performance using Power BI.
10. Consolidate monthly reports for management and markets.
11. Ensure data quality and consistency.
12. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.

1. Pursuing a master's degree in business school, university equivalent, or engineering school.
2. Strong interest in jewelry and customer relations.

1. Good oral and written communication in French and English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, and Photoshop is a plus.

Beginner

A stipend of €1300 gross per month.
