Fred CRM and Client Experience Intern

- Implement and monitor clienteling and client communication campaigns.
- Create and manage newsletter campaigns across all markets, including text drafting, asset proposals, HTML integration, and target preparation.
- Coordinate communications with the image, social, ecommerce departments, and the creative agency.
- Develop and implement personalized messages for the sales force.
- Track and report on performance metrics.
- Draft weekly communications for top clients.
- Contribute to the development of boutique animation guidelines and analyze client activation performance worldwide.
- Conduct competitive analysis and consolidate benchmarks.
- Report and analyze performance using Power BI.
- Consolidate monthly reports for management and markets.
- Assist in maintaining the quality and coherence of client data.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, University equivalent, or Engineering School.
- Strong interest in the jewelry industry and client relations.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication in French and English.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, and Photoshop is advantageous.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
Gross monthly stipend of €1300.
One day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers worth €10 per worked day with 60% covered by the company.
