- Implement and monitor the client activation plan.
- Create and manage newsletter campaigns across all markets, including text drafting, asset proposals, translations, HTML integration, targeting preparation, and BAT testing.
- Coordinate and oversee communications with the image, social, ecommerce departments, and the creative agency.
- Develop and implement personalized messages for the sales force.
- Track and report performance metrics.
- Draft and manage weekly communications for top clients.
- Contribute to the development of boutique animation guidelines for global markets and analyze client activation performance.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and consolidate benchmarks.
- Report and analyze performance using Power BI.
- Consolidate monthly reports for management and markets.
- Assist in maintaining data quality and consistency.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School, University equivalent, or Engineering School.
- Strong interest in the jewelry industry and client relations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, and Photoshop is advantageous.

A monthly stipend of €1300 gross.
