1. Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets by setting individual and team goals, and implementing sales strategies.
2. Utilize business reports to analyze results and propose action plans to meet targets.
3. Conduct market research on trends and competitors, sharing insights with management.
4. Manage, coach, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and allocate specific objectives.
5. Plan monthly rosters and ensure staff grooming aligns with brand guidelines.
6. Encourage staff development and build a succession pipeline within the store.
7. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, transfers, and counts.
8. Apply brand merchandising guidelines and ensure timely product display rotation.
9. Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the sales floor and stock rooms.
10. Oversee store operations, including billing, cash management, and reporting.
11. Implement security measures and complete required reports.
12. Lead the team in acquiring and maintaining key customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
13. Coordinate in-store events with the Marketing team and act as a brand ambassador.

1. At least 8 years of solid experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, preferably in jewelry.
2. Diploma in retail is advantageous.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management, with a successful track record in high-end luxury retail.

Diploma in retail is a plus.
