- Utilize business reports to analyze results and propose action plans to meet targets.
- Conduct market research on trends and competitors, sharing insights with management.
- Manage, coach, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and allocate specific objectives.
- Plan monthly rosters and ensure staff grooming aligns with brand guidelines.
- Encourage staff development and build a succession pipeline within the store.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, transfers, and counts.
- Apply brand merchandising guidelines and ensure timely product display rotation.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the sales floor and stock rooms.
- Oversee store operations, including billing, cash management, and reporting.
- Implement security measures and complete required reports.
- Lead the team in acquiring and maintaining key customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate in-store events with the Marketing team and act as a brand ambassador.
- At least 8 years of solid experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, preferably in jewelry.
- Diploma in retail is advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Strong sales and result orientation.
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on excellent service.
- Presentable, mature, and trustworthy.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management, with a successful track record in high-end luxury retail.
Diploma in retail is a plus.
