1. Ensure annual sales targets are achieved by training and supporting the sales team in all aspects of customer service.
2. Establish individual and collective goals for the team in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
3. Maintain focus on financial targets of the boutique, including sales, discounts, and inventory management.
4. Provide exemplary customer service and demonstrate leadership in negotiation, client satisfaction, and after-sales service.
5. Develop and manage relationships with VIP clients.
6. Support the sales team on the floor and manage complex client situations.
7. Ensure exceptional after-sales service by liaising with the after-sales department and maintaining communication with clients.
8. Maintain an up-to-date customer database and propose customer service strategies for key local and VIP clients.
9. Oversee day-to-day boutique operations.
10. Collaborate with the management team to create and implement an annual activation plan based on local market specificities.
11. Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the team of Sales Associates, providing regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
12. Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
13. Address employee issues and concerns, partnering with HR as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail people management experience.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop individuals.

2. Comprehensive understanding of in-store retail operations.
3. Dynamic management style with attention to detail in stock management.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury retail sector is required.
