- Ensure annual sales targets are achieved by training and supporting the sales team in all aspects of customer service.
- Establish individual and collective goals for the team in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
- Maintain focus on financial targets of the boutique, including sales, discounts, and inventory management.
- Provide exemplary customer service and demonstrate leadership in negotiation, client satisfaction, and after-sales service.
- Develop and manage relationships with VIP clients.
- Support the sales team on the floor and manage complex client situations.
- Ensure exceptional after-sales service by liaising with the after-sales department and maintaining communication with clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database and propose customer service strategies for key local and VIP clients.
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations.
- Collaborate with the management team to create and implement an annual activation plan based on local market specificities.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the team of Sales Associates, providing regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Address employee issues and concerns, partnering with HR as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail people management experience.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop individuals.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of in-store retail operations.
- Dynamic management style with attention to detail in stock management.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury retail sector is required.
