- Manage multiple global projects from feasibility through to opening and post-opening evaluations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee budget, scheduling, and quality of construction work.
- Analyze market information and conduct feasibility studies, including budget estimates and scheduling.
- Centralize requirements from internal retail teams and technical departments to ensure project integration.
- Collaborate with the Group to enhance the energy performance of boutiques in line with CSR initiatives.
- Maintain effective relationships with external design consultants and ensure timely approvals from the Architecture Department at each project stage.
- Lead interactions with execution architects, general contractors, carpenters, and other suppliers involved in projects.
- Review tenders, verify orders and invoices in accordance with internal validation and tracking procedures.
- Challenge local architects to ensure compliance with local standards, budgets, and schedules, exploring value engineering options as necessary.
- Adapt to and enhance existing internal tools and procedures to improve performance.
- Degree in Architecture (DPLGF / HMNOP / DE), Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management autonomy.
- Proactive problem-solving orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate multicultural environments.
- In-depth knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and implementation.
- Fluency in English with technical architectural vocabulary (oral and written).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position within a luxury brand.
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
