1. Manage multiple global projects from feasibility through to opening and post-opening evaluations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Oversee budget, scheduling, and quality of construction work.
3. Analyze market information and conduct feasibility studies, including budget estimates and scheduling.
4. Centralize requirements from internal retail teams and technical departments to ensure project integration.
5. Collaborate with the Group to enhance the energy performance of boutiques in line with CSR initiatives.
6. Maintain effective relationships with external design consultants and ensure timely approvals from the Architecture Department at each project stage.
7. Lead interactions with execution architects, general contractors, carpenters, and other suppliers involved in projects.
8. Review tenders, verify orders and invoices in accordance with internal validation and tracking procedures.
9. Challenge local architects to ensure compliance with local standards, budgets, and schedules, exploring value engineering options as necessary.
10. Adapt to and enhance existing internal tools and procedures to improve performance.

1. Degree in Architecture (DPLGF / HMNOP / DE), Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.

1. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management autonomy.
2. Proactive problem-solving orientation.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate multicultural environments.
4. In-depth knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and implementation.
5. Fluency in English with technical architectural vocabulary (oral and written).
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar position within a luxury brand.

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
