1. Manage multiple global projects from feasibility to opening, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality of work executed.
3. Analyze market information and conduct feasibility studies, including budget estimates and scheduling.
4. Centralize the needs of internal retail teams and technical departments to integrate them into projects.
5. Collaborate with the Group to enhance the energy performance of stores as part of CSR initiatives.
6. Maintain effective relationships with external design consultants and ensure timely approvals from the Architecture department.
7. Lead interactions with execution architects, general contractors, and suppliers involved in projects.
8. Review tenders, verify orders and invoices in line with internal validation procedures.
9. Challenge local architects to ensure compliance with local standards and budgets, exploring value engineering options if necessary.
10. Adapt to and improve existing internal tools and procedures to enhance performance.

1. Degree in Architecture (DPLGF / HMNOP / DE) or Engineering or similar field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.

2. Autonomous project management with proactive problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to multicultural contexts.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and implementation.
5. Fluent in English with technical architectural vocabulary (oral and written).
6. Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar position within a luxury brand.

Degree in Architecture or Engineering or similar field.
