Architect - Store Planning Project Manager

- Manage multiple global projects from feasibility to opening and follow-up, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee budget, schedule, and quality of work performed.
- Analyze market information and conduct feasibility studies, including budget estimates and scheduling.
- Centralize needs from internal retail teams and technical departments for project integration.
- Coordinate with the Group to enhance energy performance of boutiques in a CSR approach.
- Maintain effective relationships with external design consultants and ensure project phase approvals.
- Manage relationships with execution architects, contractors, and suppliers involved in projects.
- Review tenders, verify orders and invoices in line with internal procedures.
- Challenge local architects to ensure compliance with local standards, budgets, and schedules.
- Adapt to and improve existing internal tools and procedures for performance enhancement.
- Architect (DPLGF / HMNOP / DE) or Engineer degree or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand
- Attention to detail, rigorous and organized
- Autonomous project management
- Proactive and problem-solving oriented
- Enthusiastic, positive, and dynamic with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and implementation
- Fluent in English with technical architectural vocabulary
- Proficient in Autocad, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum 5 years in a similar position within a luxury brand.
Architect (DPLGF / HMNOP / DE) or Engineer degree or similar.
