Fred Architect - Store Planning Project Manager

- Manage multiple global projects from feasibility to opening, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality of work executed.
- Analyze market information and conduct feasibility studies, including budget estimates and scheduling.
- Centralize the needs of internal retail teams and technical departments to integrate them into projects.
- Collaborate with the Group to enhance the energy performance of stores as part of CSR initiatives.
- Maintain effective relationships with external design consultants and ensure timely approvals from the Architecture department.
- Lead interactions with execution architects, general contractors, and suppliers involved in projects.
- Review tenders, verify orders and invoices in line with internal validation procedures.
- Challenge local architects to ensure compliance with local standards and budgets, exploring value engineering options if necessary.
- Adapt to and improve existing internal tools and procedures to enhance performance.
- Degree in Architecture (DPLGF / HMNOP / DE) or Engineering or similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
- Attention to detail, rigorous and organized.
- Autonomous project management with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to multicultural contexts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and implementation.
- Fluent in English with technical architectural vocabulary (oral and written).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position within a luxury brand.
Degree in Architecture or Engineering or similar field.
The role offers a hybrid working mode, allowing flexibility between remote and office work.
