Fred Architect - Store Planning Project Manager

- Manage multiple global projects from feasibility to opening, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee budget, scheduling, and quality of work completed.
- Analyze market information and conduct feasibility studies, including budget estimates and scheduling.
- Centralize internal retail and technical department needs to integrate them into projects.
- Collaborate with the Group to enhance the energy performance of boutiques in line with CSR initiatives.
- Maintain effective relationships with external design consultants and ensure project stages receive necessary approvals from the Architecture department.
- Lead interactions with execution architects, general contractors, and other involved parties.
- Review tenders, verify orders, and process invoices in accordance with internal procedures.
- Challenge local architects to ensure compliance with local standards, budgets, and timelines, exploring value engineering options as necessary.
- Adapt to and improve existing internal tools and procedures to enhance performance.
- Degree in Architecture (DPLGF / HMNOP / DE) or Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
- Attention to detail, rigorous and organized.
- Autonomous project management with effective communication to leadership.
- Proactive problem-solving orientation.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and dynamic with strong interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and implementation.
- Fluent in English with technical architectural vocabulary.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position within a luxury brand.
Degree in Architecture or Engineering, or equivalent.
