Responsibilities
- Manage multiple worldwide projects from feasibility to opening and follow-up, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee budget, planning, and quality of work.
- Analyze market information and conduct feasibility studies.
- Centralize needs from internal retail teams and technical departments for project integration.
- Coordinate with the Group to enhance energy performance of boutiques in an RSE approach.
- Maintain effective relationships with external design consultants and ensure project stage validations.
- Lead relations with execution architects, general contractors, and suppliers.
- Review tenders, verify orders and invoices according to internal procedures.
- Challenge local architects to ensure compliance with local standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Adapt to and improve internal tools and procedures for performance enhancement.
Qualifications
- Architect (DPLGF / HMNOP / DE - state-certified), Engineer or similar qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
Skills
- Attention to detail, rigorous and organized.
- Autonomous project management with proactive communication to management.
- Problem-solving orientation.
- Enthusiastic, positive, dynamic with strong interpersonal skills for multicultural contexts.
- In-depth knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and implementation.
- Fluent in English with technical architectural vocabulary.
- Proficiency in Autocad, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
