Fred Administrative Coordination Intern

- Serve as the primary interface between boutiques, markets, and workshops to ensure quality communication with retail and wholesale networks, both domestically and internationally.
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to jewelry and watch after-sales services, including front office and back office operations.
- Coordinate customer requests in alignment with the brand's strategy and participate in continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Handle telephone communications in both French and English, and coordinate email requests with the team.
- Communicate weekly updates on ongoing cases to boutiques and markets.
- Oversee the dispatch and return of items to workshops and ensure adherence to workshop timelines.
- Coordinate activities with the logistics department and manage billing processes, including verification and coding of supplier invoices and issuing client invoices for wholesale and international markets.
- Organize and sort photographs taken during diagnostics by the team.
- Contribute to various cross-functional projects.
- Currently enrolled in higher education (business or engineering school, or equivalent university program).
- Previous experience in after-sales service, sales administration, or project coordination is appreciated.
- Curiosity, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Strong adaptability, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and progressive autonomy.
- Proficiency in office software and familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Entry-level, suitable for students or recent graduates.
Currently pursuing higher education in a relevant field.
Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1801.80, depending on age.
