Fred Accounts Receivable Specialist

- Analyze and monitor various client accounts, including Distributors, Personnel, Web, Duty Free, Group, and Miscellaneous, in collaboration with relevant departments such as Sales Administration, Commercial, Supply Chain, Web, Logistics, Treasury Accounting, and Retail Accounting.
- Manage RFA processes.
- Send bi-monthly account statements to clients via SAP.
- Conduct monthly follow-ups for level 1, 2, and 3 reminders in SAP.
- Handle SEPA direct debits, including mandate setup, statement dispatch, and file generation.
- Issue various re-invoicing tasks.
- Reconcile the manual sales journal monthly, ensuring alignment with accounting nature, VAT codes, client details, and nature of goods/services.
- Extract sales journals for CA3 revenue reconciliation.
- Validate and control financial aspects of client account openings/modifications.
- Manage doubtful accounts under the supervision of the Accounting Director.
- Participate in month-end closings, including AAE/FAE/PCA, general ledger vs. auxiliary balance control, creditor client balance, payment term status, and client account justification.
- Engage in various SAP development projects, such as electronic invoicing, RFA, and client credit limit management.
- Confirmed experience in a similar role for at least 5 years.
- Excellent mastery of Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position is required.
