Fred 3D Designer

- Collaborate with designers and studio management to interpret jewelry designs into initial 3D models, refining aesthetic details until final validation.
- Participate in meetings with Marketing and Product Development teams to align on project objectives.
- Incorporate the brand's aesthetic codes into 3D models, extending the creative process with technical expertise.
- Propose creative solutions during the 3D aesthetic calibration phase, including multiple motif interpretations and unrepresented views.
- Finalize design drawings by defining secondary views and product details, and produce realistic renderings as needed.
- Integrate feedback from designers, studio directors, and artistic directors into the aesthetic definition process.
- Consider technical inputs related to pricing, feasibility, and production methods, proposing solutions for systems and clasps.
- Manage the production of prototypes for review and validation, modifying CAD files as necessary to achieve final aesthetic approval.
- Engage with Technical Experts, Methods, and Workshops to advocate for optimal aesthetic compromises during technical calibration.
- Jewelry or mechanical/microtechnical product design education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and Rhino
- Experience with jewelry development processes and production techniques
- Knowledge in metallurgy or material physics is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Highly organized and responsive
- Keen attention to detail and aesthetics
- Curious and innovative
Minimum of 5 years of experience in jewelry or related product design, with a strong understanding of development processes and production techniques.
Jewelry or mechanical/microtechnical product design education
