Francis Kurkdjian Visual Merchandising Assistant

- Assist retail designers in developing experiential visual concepts including pop-ups, window displays, in-store displays, spatial design and bespoke personalization solutions.
- Support the organisation and delivery of seasonal window and pop‑up installations with VM project managers: upstream planning, product and POS orders, site visits, installation checks, photo reporting and verification of local execution.
- Contribute to the creation of planograms for new points of sale and assist with remote coordination of installations, including follow-up of photographic reporting.
- Maintain and support the visual asset database; coordinate campaign image changes with the cropping agency, distribute visuals to markets and verify compliance with brand guidelines and correct in‑store installation.
- Conduct competitive monitoring, trend tracking and compilation of visual merchandising best practices.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or a specialised visual merchandising/retail design programme.
- Practical command of Microsoft Office (Pack Office).
- Creative, rigorous, autonomous and proactively solution‑oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Motivated to pursue a formative internship within the luxury perfumery sector.
