- Assist retail designers in developing animated concepts such as pop-ups, window displays, space design, and bespoke personalization.
- Participate in organizing seasonal window and pop-up installations alongside VM project managers, including planning, product and POS material orders, on-site coordination, and execution verification.
- Contribute to the creation of planograms for future retail locations and assist in coordinating remote installations with photo reporting follow-up.
- Manage the visual database, support campaign changes coordination with the cropping agency, distribute visuals to markets, and ensure guideline adherence and proper installation.
- Conduct competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and best practice identification.
- Currently enrolled in a design school or visual merchandising program.
- Proficient in SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
No prior experience required; ideal for beginners seeking a formative experience in high-end perfumery.
