- Drive sales growth through effective management of the field sales team and ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets.

- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance teams to amplify sales performance and manage budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, negotiating contracts to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales and marketing initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achievement of financial targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as with industry regulations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.
- Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in the beauty industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing sales budgets.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support the sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
- Deep understanding of the beauty market, including trends, competitors, and distribution channels.
- Experience managing key accounts and negotiating contracts with major retailers.
