Francis Kurkdjian Trade Marketing Assistant Intern

- Develop and optimize the 360-degree marketing strategy across all markets except the United States.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for markets, coordinating with commercial teams for daily operational requests related to local Trade Marketing activities.
- Participate in the implementation of 360-degree marketing plans for assigned regions.
- Organize and coordinate events in boutiques and department stores in France in collaboration with the retail manager and on-site teams.
- Consolidate annual trade marketing plans for markets to ensure global visibility of each country's support to headquarters teams.
- Participate in the execution of trade marketing activations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Prepare activity reports for each campaign to provide execution improvement recommendations to internal teams.
- Identify and share local best practices through competitive intelligence with various internal departments to enhance the customer experience at points of sale.
- Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or project management, ideally in the luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or beauty sectors within an international environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Open-mindedness and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Keen interest in the beauty industry and international markets.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial experience in marketing, sales, or project management.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
