1. Oversee supply chain operations, ensuring efficient stock management of components and concentrates.
2. Implement and monitor supply and inventory processes, ensuring the availability of packaging items as per production plans.
3. Manage supplier orders and ensure their timely execution.
4. Maintain accurate stock levels and data in the ERP system, addressing any discrepancies or risks of overstock and shortages.
5. Collaborate with suppliers to consolidate needs and develop supply strategies, including security, production capacity, and annual contracts.
6. Contribute to budget planning for purchases.
7. Resolve non-conformities in collaboration with the quality department.
8. Handle billing disputes and coordinate with the accounting department.
9. Establish continuous improvement processes.
10. Foster strong supplier relationships through regular meetings, business reviews, and site visits.
11. Provide suppliers with visibility on forecasted needs and manage order portfolios.
12. Update and track performance indicators (OTIF).
13. Participate in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with purchasing conditions.

1. Specialized degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience, preferably in the Cosmetics industry.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems (Divalto or SAP), Microsoft Office Suite, and PowerBI.
2. Expertise in supply chain management and stock control.
3. Project management and continuous improvement skills.
4. Strong analytical skills for data manipulation and analysis.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Specialized degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
