1. Manage the administrative and logistical aspects of order processing, including entry, coordination, and dispatch in collaboration with the warehouse and external partners.
2. Reference new products and monitor the monthly budget of the client portfolio, including invoicing and payment follow-up.
3. Optimize transportation costs and ensure successful product launches by tracking the placement of new products and the dispatch of trade marketing tools.
4. Coordinate with production to monitor and manage stock levels and the availability of new and catalog products.
5. Provide high-quality customer service, manage client inquiries and complaints, and maintain ERP data and databases.
6. Participate in the development and improvement of commercial management software.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +5)
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales administration, preferably with an international clientele

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
4. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI
5. Ability to synthesize information clearly
6. Strong organizational and methodical skills
7. Proven ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing environments
8. Solid transversal management skills

A minimum of 7 years in sales administration, ideally with international exposure.
