- Conduct weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual sales reviews with Brand Ambassadors and store management.
- Plan and execute in-store sales events and activities in collaboration with store executive teams and the National Events Director.
- Share insights on business trends, competitive knowledge, and store performance with the Regional Sales Director.
- Deliver seasonal in-store and virtual training on product knowledge, marketing strategies, and new launches.
- Coach and develop product specialists in selling skills, customer service, and event execution.
- Ensure compliance with brand presentation guidelines and complete store checklists regularly.
- Manage travel expenses, monthly calendars, and expense projections efficiently.
- Utilize the MFK Backstage App for continuous learning and knowledge updates.
- Handle monthly store damages and ensure timely reporting.
- 5+ years of field leadership experience in a related industry.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with store management and departments.
- Expertise in recruiting and developing top-tier Brand Ambassadors.
- Strong strategic, creative, and organizational skills.
