- Drive sales performance and achieve sales objectives across distribution channels.
- Develop and execute in-store strategies, including events, merchandising, and training, to enhance sales.
- Foster strong business partnerships with store management and develop a top-tier in-store selling team.
- Coordinate with the National Events Director to plan and execute events that boost store performance.
- Provide weekly updates to the Regional Sales Director on business performance and escalate issues as needed.
- Conduct extensive in-store and virtual training sessions on product knowledge, marketing strategies, and new launches.
- Coach product specialists to enhance selling skills and customer service, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Manage administrative tasks, including expense reporting and calendar management, in a cost-effective manner.
- Minimum of 5 years in a related field leadership role.
