- Define and implement strategic vision and initiatives for assigned retailers to enhance sales, profit, and brand image.
- Coordinate with internal functions to align long-term objectives and budgets with retailer needs.
- Monitor and adapt business plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Establish and manage budget investments, trading terms, and conditions to drive profitability per account.
- Negotiate and implement annual Commercial Agreements and Joint Business Plans with retail partners.
- Set and review retail and wholesale targets, analyzing performance and mitigating risks.
- Prepare and present sales strategy documents for company meetings and retailer buy-in.
- Secure allocations for new launches and review key project performance.
- Analyze sales forecasts, stock levels, and returns to meet retailer strategy objectives.
- Foster key relationships with retailer headquarters and teams to strengthen partnerships.
- Act as primary contact for retailer communications and develop engagement plans to enhance brand reputation.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure timely account management and budget alignment.
- Build a network across LVMH brands to leverage synergies.
- Graduate degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
- Experience in Key Account Management
- Familiarity with the UK retail market
- Understanding of the luxury goods industry
- Experience in cross-functional teams
- Trade marketing plan experience is desirable
- Business planning and strategic vision development
- Negotiation and stakeholder management
- Analytical skills with a focus on actionable insights
- Team leadership and coaching abilities
- Customer relationship management
- Proactive and reactive problem-solving
- Attention to detail
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the beauty industry, with a focus on Key Account Management and the UK retail market.
Graduate degree required.
