- Analyze account inventory, orders, and replenishments weekly to identify key opportunities and liabilities by franchise and item.
- Monitor Weeks of Supply (WOS) and collaborate with Sales Directors on strategic next steps.
- Manage reformulated SKUs and aged inventory to create effective sell-off plans.
- Set up new SKUs for retailers using appropriate documentation.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure inventory availability for launches and manage adjustments based on timing and availability.
- Communicate stock status updates to accounts, including back-in-stock and delayed items.
- Allocate new launches and promotional items in collaboration with Sales Directors and demand planners.
- Assist with order processing for new store openings.
- Collaborate with demand planners on Point of Sale Materials (POSM) needs for field and store operations.
- Compile and analyze weekly retail sales reports, adding qualitative commentary on business performance.
- Assist with setting sales goals by account and store in collaboration with Sales Directors.
- Prepare retailer reports for market meetings and assist with PowerPoint presentations.
- Review invoices and manage spending to align with seasonal budgets and guidelines.
- Maintain seasonal promotional calendars for all accounts.
- Support monthly sales and operations meetings with sell-out information.
- 3-5 years of related planning experience.
- Knowledge of leading beauty and fragrance brands, and operating practices of specialty and department stores.
- 1+ year of experience in sales analytics, with a preference for wholesale or retail backgrounds.
- Strong analytical skills, preferably in retail or wholesale trade.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong initiative.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Bi, and Skypad.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum 3 years of related planning experience, with at least 1 year in sales analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
The salary range is $65,000 - $75,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
