1. Represent the Maison as an ambassador, providing a unique and personalized client experience.
2. Ensure client retention and development by enriching the client database (CRM) and executing client loyalty actions.
3. Contribute to the store's commercial performance by increasing sales and achieving targets set by the commercial management.
4. Maintain operational excellence by ensuring the store's presentation aligns with merchandising guidelines and optimizing stock organization.

1. Commercial training background with experience in luxury retail or designer perfumery.
2. Strong commercial acumen and a love for challenges, demonstrating agility.
3. A vibrant personality, consistently motivated, cheerful, dynamic, and proactive.
4. Recognized for exceptional interpersonal skills and impeccable service orientation.
5. Passion for high-end perfumery, understanding its technicality and subtlety.

1. Proficiency in French and English, with excellent conversational and storytelling abilities.
2. Mastery of an additional foreign language is highly advantageous for our international clientele.

Beginner level experience in luxury retail or designer perfumery is required.

Commercial training background is preferred.

The position offers a one-year apprenticeship starting in September 2025, located in Paris, providing a full-time, on-site learning experience.
