- Ensure optimal supply to the client network while providing essential sales information, maintaining the brand's service and quality standards.
- Manage the administrative and logistical aspects of order processing, including order entry, preparation coordination, and shipment in collaboration with the warehouse and external providers.
- Reference new products and monitor the monthly budget for the client portfolio.
- Handle client invoicing and payment follow-up, including overdue payment reminders and account status monitoring.
- Update purchase orders in line with the company's pricing policy and optimize transportation costs.
- Resolve disputes and contribute to successful product launches by monitoring the placement of new products and the dispatch of trade marketing tools.
- Collaborate with production to monitor and coordinate supply, ensuring stock levels and new product flows prevent shortages.
- Provide high-quality customer service, manage client requests and complaints, and maintain ERP data and databases, including client records and commercial terms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3 minimum)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong reactivity, proactivity, and autonomy
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Teamwork capabilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Rigorous, organized, versatile, and methodical
A minimum of 3 years in sales administration, particularly with an international clientele.
