- Ensure optimal supply to the client network while providing essential sales information, adhering to the Maison's service and quality ethos.
- Manage the administrative and logistical follow-up of orders, including data entry, coordination of preparation, and shipment in collaboration with the warehouse and external providers.
- Reference new products and monitor the monthly budget of the client portfolio.
- Handle client invoicing and payment follow-up, including reminders for unpaid invoices and account status monitoring.
- Update purchase orders in line with the company's pricing policy and optimize transportation costs.
- Manage disputes and contribute to successful product launches by tracking the placement of new items and the dispatch of trade marketing tools.
- Collaborate with production to monitor and coordinate supply, ensuring stock levels and new product flows prevent shortages.
- Provide high-quality customer service, managing client requests and complaints.
- Maintain ERP data and databases, including client records and commercial conditions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- High reactivity and proactivity
- Autonomous with a strong sense of customer service
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Rigorous, organized, versatile, and methodical
A minimum of 3 years in sales administration, particularly with an international clientele.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3)
