1. Serve as the primary contact for retail operations and provide daily support to the sales team.
2. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of sales data reporting.
3. Determine optimal stock levels for boutiques and concessions.
4. Monitor sales team and temporary staff schedules.
5. Draft and update operational procedures, ensuring adherence.
6. Coordinate maintenance projects and oversee maintenance contract compliance.
7. Manage administrative tasks related to purchase orders and invoices.
8. Oversee uniform compliance and grooming standards.
9. Propose continuous improvement plans for retail processes.
10. Act as the key contact for IT system-related matters.
11. Organize and manage inventory processes at retail locations.
12. Regularly visit retail locations to ensure procedural compliance.
13. Participate in retail projects and coordinate tool implementation.
14. Assist in planning store openings, renovations, and pop-up events.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in retail operations management.
2. Master's degree from a business school or university.

3. Exceptional organizational and synthesis skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 5 years in retail operations management is required.

Master's degree from a business school or university.
