1. Develop and support worldwide sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
2. Design and implement training programs to improve customer engagement and sales techniques.
3. Ensure the successful execution of mystery shopping initiatives.
4. Oversee the launch and production of 2026 uniforms, coordinating with markets to meet quantity needs.
5. Create guidelines for client events, both in-store and virtual, in collaboration with operational marketing.
6. Organize and conduct training sessions in France and international seminars.
7. Monitor training needs and deployment for collections and sales experience in France and the UK.
8. Develop innovative tools for retail locations.
9. Conduct competitive market analysis.

1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven experience in designing retail tools and leading in-store teams.

1. Strong customer experience and business performance orientation.
2. Excellent pedagogical, methodological, and rigorous work approach.
3. Proactive, agile, and flexible with a strong digital acumen.
4. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with a focus on retail tool design and team leadership.
