- Assist in managing architectural projects for the brand's boutiques, adapting retail concepts to meet diverse market needs while ensuring creative solutions within deadlines and budgets.
- Create sketches, zoning plans, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD or SketchUp based on marketing briefs and project requirements.
- Aid in adapting global design concepts to the specificities of various store categories and local markets, maintaining brand codes and image.
- Participate in project updates, including regular revisions of plans, visual presentations (2D, 3D), and moodboards using Photoshop or InDesign.
- Support project coordination by liaising with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, merchandising, logistics) and markets to ensure effective project management.
- Prepare visual presentations for management and external partner meetings using InDesign and other visual tools to illustrate project progress.
- Contribute to creative research and development for retail spaces, assisting in the creation of inspiring moodboards and selecting materials suited to project needs.
- Engage in trend and material research, updating the material library and exploring innovative, sustainable solutions for retail projects.
- Collaborate internally with the Commercial department to integrate operational field needs and enhance customer experience, and with Procurement for tender processes.
- Coordinate externally with suppliers for point-of-sale fabrication, clients (Architects of Perfumeries and Department Stores), and service providers such as creative agencies and freelancers.
- Education in Space Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and KeyShot is advantageous.
- Strong artistic sensibility.
- Curiosity and ongoing interest in industry trends and creation.
- Fluency in English.
