1. Coordinate retail operations across boutiques, department stores, and independent retailers for a six-month period.
2. Participate in the extraction and consolidation of quantitative data (Sell-OUT, Sell In).
3. Contribute to the collection of qualitative insights from the field.
4. Assist in the weekly and monthly tracking of sales figures and KPIs for retail locations.
5. Support the analysis of performance metrics within the French network.
6. Participate in the evaluation of product launches, challenges, and promotional activities.
7. Aid in the preparation of departmental presentations.
8. Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Retail team.
9. Collaborate on drafting and updating operational procedures.
10. Translate documents for retail locations.
11. Manage uniform logistics for retail teams.
12. Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and travel arrangements.
13. Coordinate and input scheduling information.
14. Draft meeting minutes.
15. Support the procurement of operational tools.
16. Assist with the logistical coordination of shipments to sales teams.
17. Participate in retail inventory processes.
18. Provide on-site support to sales teams as needed.
19. Engage in retail projects and assist in the implementation of tools.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or University.
2. Previous experience in retail is preferred.
3. Dynamic, meticulous, and self-reliant.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong team spirit.
5. Strong analytical skills, organized and concise.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
7. Fluent in English.
