- Serve as the reference for the Concept Bible, ensuring the evolution and coherence of technical and aesthetic documentation related to the retail concept development.
- Oversee the development of permanent display (PLV), ensuring visual, technical, and qualitative consistency of furniture and presentation elements in retail locations.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of international projects, including flagships, boutiques, corners, podiums, and innovative projects, from conception to execution in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Propose layout plans upon receiving the vendor pack, analyzing sales points and customer flows while adhering to specifications and commercial team briefs.
- Create technical plans and 3D perspectives for furniture and projects, aligning with the retail concept charter and client specifications, in close collaboration with markets.
- Handle manufacturer tenders directly or in collaboration with LVMH's purchasing department, ensuring manufacturer selection aligns with group directives.
- Validate local manufacturers' execution plans before production and approve material samples in each market.
- Ensure execution quality and uphold the Maison's image.
- Monitor and control the proper installation of each project, participating in white assemblies and installations of managed sales points.
- Work on various types of sales points: corners, SIS, boutiques for the assigned market.
- Collaborate with different partners and suppliers to ensure optimal technical solutions, quality, price, and production timelines.
- Degree in architecture or equivalent education.
- 5 to 7 years of experience, ideally in the luxury sector and internationally.
- Proven expertise in retail architecture with the ability to adhere to cost, timeline, and aesthetic guidelines.
- Experience managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3D Max, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Knowledge of ERP regulations (accessibility, safety, PMR) and administrative procedures (permits, CDAC, etc.).
- Developed aesthetic sense, creativity, rigor, reactivity, and ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, process respect, and service orientation.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; a third language is a plus.
- Availability for frequent travel in France and abroad.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the luxury sector and internationally.
Degree in architecture or equivalent education.
