1. Oversee the development projects of the Maison, including cosmetics and non-cosmetics.
2. Monitor reformulations and regulatory tests required for market release.
3. Gather regulatory documents from suppliers and subcontractors to compile product dossiers.
4. Ensure the completeness of Product Information Files (PIF) in accordance with European Regulation No. 1223/2009.
5. Validate packaging materials and commercial claims.
6. Perform cosmetic product notifications on the European and UK portals.
7. Manage export registrations within deadlines.
8. Monitor cases of cosmetovigilance.
9. Contribute to regulatory watch and impact analysis of regulatory changes on the Maison's portfolio.
10. Assist in drafting internal procedures and improving existing processes.

1. Scientific background with 2 to 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs.
2. Knowledge of European cosmetic regulation 1223/2009.
3. Familiarity with other regulations (CLP 1272/2008, toy, textile) is advantageous.

1. Analytical mindset and adaptability.
2. Organized, meticulous, dynamic, and internally client-oriented.
3. Proficient in technical English and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Project management skills are a significant advantage.

A minimum of 3 years in regulatory affairs is required.

Scientific degree or equivalent.
