- Ensure regulatory compliance of cosmetic and non-cosmetic products, including candles, detergents, and home fragrances.
- Collaborate with perfumers, development teams, laboratories, raw material suppliers, and subcontractors to develop and validate formulations in accordance with European and international standards.
- Validate primary and secondary packaging elements and all communication and promotional materials.
- Participate in development follow-up meetings, providing regulatory insights on projects.
- Coordinate testing with subcontractors, laboratories, and suppliers.
- Oversee all regulatory aspects of reformulations.
- Collect and analyze raw material data from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Validate claims and collaborate with marketing on potential modifications.
- Validate manufacturing specifications.
- Coordinate the creation of Product Information Files (PIF) with partners and analyze test and safety reports.
- Conduct notifications on the European and UK portals.
- Manage the classification, archiving, and updating of PIFs.
- Serve as the point of contact for authorities and manage inspections in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Develop and transmit export regulatory dossiers to partners in various countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Gather necessary information and maintain a database to address regulatory inquiries from clients.
- Conduct cosmetovigilance activities.
- Review compliance of formulas, packaging, claims, and required documents for China registrations.
- Send samples, monitor tests, and adhere to development milestones to ensure market launch dates in China.
- Participate in LVMH group meetings specific to China.
- Conduct regulatory and normative monitoring and impact analysis.
- Inform management of regulatory changes and necessary actions.
- Collect data from various departments and submit annual regulatory declarations within specified deadlines.
- Scientific education (e.g., EBI, ISIPCA) with a Master's degree (Bac +5).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cosmetic regulation.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate closely with various departments.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 5 years in cosmetic regulation is required.
Master's degree in a scientific field (e.g., EBI, ISIPCA).
