Regional Sales Manager

- Implement the commercial strategy in the assigned region and achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure the effective deployment of the commercial policy, including contract establishment, margin definition, point-of-sale negotiations, and local pricing in line with company strategy.
- Maintain an active commercial presence to develop the network of distributors and retailers.
- Monitor monthly sell-outs and stock levels of partners.
- Control brand distribution and visibility quality at each point of sale.
- Oversee, control, and validate orders.
- Prospect, identify, and negotiate new point-of-sale openings.
- Regularly train partner teams on the brand's values and new launches.
- Forecast sales and ensure the placement of new products with all clients in accordance with launch dates.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to establish and deploy local 360° action plans to animate the network and boost sales.
- Conduct market competitive analysis (clients, prospects, competition).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of successful sales experience in the luxury sector.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Dynamic, rigorous, curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on customer service and analytical skills.
- Persuasive with a proactive approach to commercial actions.
Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the luxury sector.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field.
