Francis Kurkdjian Regional Sales Manager

- Implement the commercial strategy within the assigned region to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure the effective deployment of the commercial policy, including contract establishment, margin definition, negotiation of in-store placements and visibility, and local pricing in line with the company's pricing strategy.
- Maintain an active commercial presence to animate and develop the network of distributors and retailers.
- Monitor monthly sell-outs and stock levels of partners.
- Control the distribution and quality of brand visibility in each point of sale.
- Oversee, control, and validate orders.
- Prospect, identify, and negotiate new point of sale openings.
- Regularly train partner teams on the brand's values and new launches.
- Forecast sales and ensure the placement of new products with all clients in accordance with launch dates.
- In collaboration with the Trade Marketing team, establish and deploy local 360° action plans to animate the network and boost sales.
- Conduct market competitive analysis (clients, prospects, competition).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on customer service and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Dynamic, rigorous, curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
A minimum of 5 years of successful commercial experience in the luxury sector is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
