Francis Kurkdjian Regional Account Coordinator

- Drive sales growth and brand presence within the Chicago-Midwest region.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual sales performance reviews with Brand Ambassadors and key store management.
- Plan and execute in-store seasonal sales and events in collaboration with store executive teams.
- Coordinate in-store activities and partner with Account Executive and National Events Director for event planning and execution.
- Provide insights on business trends, competitive knowledge, and store performance within the region.
- Maintain regular communication with the Regional Account Executive regarding business performance and issues.
- Deliver extensive seasonal and ongoing training on product knowledge, marketing strategies, and sales techniques.
- Coach and develop product specialists in customer service, event booking, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure execution of brand presentation guidelines and complete store checklists with photographic documentation.
- Manage travel expenses and monthly calendar projections efficiently.
- Oversee the usage of the MFK Backstage App and ensure completion of courses.
- Handle monthly store damages reporting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or account coordinator role within a related field.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with store management and various departments.
- Demonstrated strategic, creative, and organizational skills.

The salary range is $65,000-$75,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
