1. Interest in industrial environments and technical challenges.
2. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
4. Strong communication skills.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing an engineering degree or advanced studies in quality management.
