- Develop communication plans for product launches and corporate projects targeting press and influencers.
- Design and develop PR communication tools such as key messages, press kits, and Q&A documents in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and oversee the production of product kits for press and influencers.
- Plan and execute PR events in France related to product launches, including preparing internal presentations for approval.
- Attend press and influencer events.
- Organize and prepare interviews for the co-founders of the Maison.
- Draft and adapt internal guidelines for validation.
- Manage development schedules for tools and action programs, including budget management and order processing.
- Update and enhance the press, influencer, and celebrity database in France.
- Conduct media monitoring (print and online) and social media surveillance.
- Draft and analyze reports for each communication action.
- Prepare internal presentations for various committee meetings (Codir, Comex, Board).
- Manage product stock.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication or Business (Bac +5) with 5 years of experience in a PR agency or luxury sector, ideally in Perfume and Cosmetics.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills with a strong sense of priority and anticipation.
- Rigor, creativity, curiosity, and agility.
- Teamwork orientation.
- Fluency in French and English, with strong oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of 5 years in a PR agency or luxury sector, preferably in Perfume and Cosmetics.
Bachelor's degree in Communication or Business (Bac +5).
