1. Support the Public Relations team in coordinating press materials such as visuals and press releases, and organizing press and influencer distributions.
2. Monitor press inventory, update release schedules, process press orders, and manage product organization.
3. Conduct press reviews by categorizing French and international publications, updating tracking tools, and drafting weekly and monthly press reports.
4. Assist in organizing press and influencer events, including venue research, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with vendors.
5. Conduct talent research and casting for influencer engagements, monitor social media outcomes, analyze profiles, and support agency relationship management.
6. Manage administrative tasks related to supplier invoicing and liaise with the accounting department.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or equivalent, seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
2. Demonstrates strong writing and interpersonal skills.
3. Exhibits organizational, coordination, and anticipatory skills.
4. Possesses the ability to handle unforeseen challenges, withstand pressure related to brand image, engage stakeholders, and demonstrate persistent benevolence.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Attention to detail and quality execution.
4. Curiosity and a keen sense of detail.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
