- Strategically and operationally plan product development in a multi-project, creative environment.
- Serve as the central liaison among all stakeholders, maintaining a comprehensive view of the product portfolio.
- Structure an agile and effective project organization aligned with business and creative objectives.
- Oversee development timelines for the entire Innovation Plan, managing up to 30 simultaneous projects across all categories.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams from marketing briefs to market availability, ensuring adherence to defined milestones.
- Develop and manage development schedules with collection managers based on a 2-3 year marketing plan, considering packaging/formula complexities and industrial/regulatory constraints.
- Identify and analyze risks, define action plans with departments, and communicate to top management when necessary.
- Organize and lead bi-weekly product development follow-up meetings, challenging teams to balance business objectives, resource allocation, risk validation, and available solutions.
- Report project status to decision-making bodies, aligning teams towards common recommendations to facilitate decision-making.
- Identify bottlenecks and improvement areas in the development process to enhance market competitiveness.
- Advanced degree from a Grande École, Business School, or University with a specialization in project management, innovation, or product development.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in product development (packaging, formulation), supply chain, or cross-functional project management, preferably in perfumery, cosmetics, or luxury sectors.
- Proficiency in project management tools (knowledge of ASANA is advantageous).
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Natural leadership and capacity to mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with sharp decision-making ability.
- Comfortable communicating with top management and adapting communication to various stakeholders.
- Organized, autonomous, rigorous with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving mindset.
5 to 7 years of experience in product development, supply chain, or cross-functional project management, ideally within the perfumery, cosmetics, or luxury industries.
Advanced degree in project management, innovation, or product development from a Grande École, Business School, or University.
