Pricing and Business Analyst

- Develop and monitor pricing strategy by country and analyze commercial performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional managers and subsidiaries to implement annual price increases and set prices for new products in local currencies.
- Analyze pricing positions across countries and create pricing dashboards for clients.
- Communicate and maintain price lists with bi-annual market price checks.
- Propose new analysis and management solutions using Power BI.
- Create, extract, and distribute reference reports on Power BI.
- Update and control the commercial Sell Out database in Power BI.
- Review sales forecasts defined by the sales team.
- Propose in-depth productivity analyses by SKU to optimize assortment strategies.
- Participate in defining product assortments by product family and store type.
- Implement and monitor performance indicators.
- Degree from an engineering or business school and/or university.
- 5 years of experience in pricing, analysis, or management control.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and visualization tools like Power BI.
- Strong understanding of business challenges.
- Numerical aptitude, reactivity, rigor, and autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and agility.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum of 5 years in pricing, analysis, or management control.
Hybrid working mode.
