- Develop and monitor pricing strategies across various countries to support strategic decision-making, including price positioning, assortment definition, and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with regional managers and subsidiaries to implement annual price increases and set prices for new products in local currencies.
- Analyze price positioning across countries and create pricing dashboards for clients, ensuring regular updates and market price checks.
- Monitor currency fluctuations and propose necessary adjustments for local currency billing.
- Utilize Power BI to propose new analytical and management solutions, enhancing the Pricing department's capabilities.
- Generate, extract, and distribute reference reports using Power BI, and maintain the commercial Sell Out database.
- Review sales forecasts and share performance indicators to guide sales predictions.
- Conduct in-depth productivity analyses by SKU to optimize assortment strategies and participate in defining product assortments by product family and store type.
- Develop and share performance tracking tools with commercial and collection teams, and propose performance monitoring solutions to support the commercial team.
- Review and propose monthly sales forecasts for strategic products and during Collection Forecasts, suggesting adjustment ratios.
- Degree from a business or engineering school or university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, analysis, or financial control.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Strong business acumen and numerical literacy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Initiative and agility in problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
