1. Develop and monitor pricing strategy by country and analyze commercial performance to support strategic decision-making.
2. Collaborate with regional managers and subsidiaries to implement annual price increases and set prices for new products in local currencies.
3. Analyze pricing positions across countries and create pricing dashboards for clients.
4. Communicate and maintain price lists with bi-annual market price checks.
5. Propose new analysis and management solutions using Power BI.
6. Create, extract, and distribute reference reports on Power BI.
7. Update and control the commercial Sell Out database in Power BI.
8. Review sales forecasts defined by the sales team.
9. Propose in-depth productivity analyses by SKU to optimize assortment strategies.
10. Participate in defining product assortments by product family and store type.
11. Implement and monitor performance indicators.

1. Degree from an engineering or business school and/or university.
2. 5 years of experience in pricing, analysis, or management control.

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and visualization tools like Power BI.
2. Strong understanding of business challenges.
3. Numerical aptitude, reactivity, rigor, and autonomy.
4. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and agility.
5. Fluent in English.

Minimum of 5 years in pricing, analysis, or management control.
