1. Assist perfumers in the creation of compositions and ensure the availability of raw materials.
2. Verify and guarantee the correct formulation, dosages, and quality of perfume formulas.
3. Perform weighing and ensure applications of compositions for all creation projects, reformulations, or compliance adjustments.
4. Manage the collection of raw materials, including ordering from suppliers and verifying olfactory compliance.
5. Ensure the production of dilutions and monitor shelf life.
6. Maintain proper storage conditions and sampling methods.
7. Research and order new raw materials, collect regulatory documentation and safety data sheets.
8. Manage the collection of FIK and FSA concentrates and sampling.
9. Prepare sampling requests for various departments such as Creation Studio, Training, Events, and Marketing.
10. Handle logistics for orders, including samples of raw materials, alcohol, and laboratory consumables.

1. Diploma in perfumery preparation, cosmetics, and aromas, or a baccalaureate in bioindustry transformation or equivalent.
2. Minimum of three years of experience as a perfumer assistant.
