- Manage all administrative procedures from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts, amendments, health insurance, work accidents, administrative correspondence, medical visits, and end-of-contract documents.
- Update workforce data in internal and group tools.
- Collect, input, and verify payroll variables, ensuring accurate data entry and archiving.
- Maintain administrative oversight of company safety, prevention, and regulatory measures such as DUERP, GDPR, and mandatory postings.
- Prepare meeting materials for CSE and HR meetings.
- Support HR administrative tasks related to the Maison and the group, including workforce monitoring, annual reports, and social audits.
- Assist employees with payroll and administrative inquiries.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at optimizing internal processes and ensuring ongoing legal compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with a specialization in personnel administration.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Service-oriented with a proactive approach.
A minimum of 3 years in a generalist HR role with a focus on personnel administration.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
