1. Manage and develop tactical packaging projects, ensuring alignment with financial, timeline, quality, and ecological requirements.
2. Oversee the technical development of products, including concept definition, form development, material selection, and assembly.
3. Define project plans and coordinate developments to meet launch objectives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Industrialization, Planning, Quality, and Procurement.
5. Support the creation and optimization of packaging procedures.
6. Participate in supplier selection with project teams.
7. Ensure technical project follow-up with the Maison and suppliers.
8. Coordinate with Planning, Quality, and Marketing teams to ensure all final pack prerequisites are met (Regulatory, CSR, Industrial Standards, etc.).
9. Conduct technological watch on manufacturing and decoration processes for materials such as glass, metal, paper/cardboard, and plastics.
10. Validate printing documents and standards with suppliers.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in English.

2. Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and unite teams around common goals.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and synthesis skills.
5. Curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity with a client-oriented approach.

Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally within the cosmetics industry.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging, or equivalent.
