1. Support packaging development and product innovations.
2. Contribute to the technical development and optimization of packaging solutions.
3. Oversee project progress on a technical level with the Maison and suppliers.
4. Ensure successful production launches from qualitative, quantitative, and economic perspectives.
5. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure all packaging prerequisites are met, including regulatory, ecological, and industrial standards.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field, ideally with a specialization in Packaging and Material Sciences.

1. Strong interpersonal, communication, and synthesis skills.
2. Curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity with a penchant for initiative-taking.
3. Proficiency in creating models and prototypes.
4. Expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite; 3D modeling skills are advantageous.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Entry-level experience suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Packaging.
