1. Support the development of packaging and product innovations.
2. Contribute to the technical development and optimization of packaging.
3. Ensure technical project follow-up with the Maison and suppliers.
4. Guarantee the successful launch of production from a qualitative, quantitative, and economic perspective.
5. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure all final packaging prerequisites are met (Regulatory, Ecological, Industrial Standards).

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field, ideally specializing in Packaging and Material Sciences.

1. Strong interpersonal, communication, and synthesis skills.
2. Curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity with a penchant for initiative-taking.
3. Proficiency in creating models and prototypes.
4. Mastery of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite; 3D modeling skills are a plus.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Entry-level experience suitable for beginners, ideally with some exposure to packaging or related fields.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
