1. Lead the industrialization of new packaging projects, including multi-sourcing and new industrialization efforts.
2. Conduct and analyze all industrial trials and pre-series to validate technical aspects and optimize processes before commercial production.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to draft and validate packaging protocols and specifications.
4. Develop tertiary packaging methods for finished products in coordination with the Supply Planning department.
5. Implement continuous improvement initiatives with subcontractors to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
6. Facilitate communication and coordination among Development, Planning, Quality, Purchasing teams, and subcontractors.
7. Organize and lead meetings related to industrial trials and ensure follow-up on agreed actions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (BAC+5).
2. 5 to 8 years of project management experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Strong knowledge of packaging materials and production lines.
2. Experience in industrial and packaging site operations is advantageous.
3. Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead projects.
5. Customer-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 5 years in project management, ideally within the cosmetics sector.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (BAC+5).
