- Lead project management and technical development for tactical product launches.
- Oversee packaging product development, ensuring financial, timeline, quality, and ecological requirements are met.
- Develop technical aspects of products, including concept definition, form development, and material selection.
- Manage design and technical validations through comprehensive testing plans from project initiation.
- Define schedules and coordinate developments to meet launch objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create or optimize packaging procedures.
- Participate in supplier selection with project teams.
- Ensure technical project follow-up with the brand and suppliers.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, and Marketing teams to ensure all final pack prerequisites are met (Regulatory, CSR, Industrial Standards, etc.).
- Conduct technological watch on manufacturing and decoration processes for materials such as glass, metal, paper/cardboard, and plastics.
- Validate printing documents and supplier proofs, establish defect arrays, and validate standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging, or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials and associated processes.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a project-based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and synthesis skills.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity with a client-oriented approach.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within the cosmetics sector.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging, or equivalent.
