1. Consolidate, monitor, and analyze the economic and financial data of the Maison to provide key insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
2. Construct and challenge the components of gross margin and various KPIs, ensuring stock valuation reliability and analyzing monthly changes.
3. Calculate, analyze, and synthesize cost prices and subcontracting purchases.
4. Develop budgets and forecasts in alignment with the company's strategic choices.
5. Participate in the development and analysis of operational and financial KPIs, ensuring their dissemination.
6. Calculate and analyze stock depreciations, ensuring their follow-up.
7. Act as a liaison with auditors during the annual review of stock.
8. Participate in the preparation of periodic and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with internal and LVMH group reporting deadlines.
9. Conduct comprehensive margin analyses and identify budget variances, proposing corrective actions.
10. Provide advisory support to business directors and managers in budget management and performance monitoring.
11. Develop decision-support analyses and tools, and oversee stock inventory processes.

1. Advanced degree in finance, management, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial/operations financial control, preferably in a demanding and field-oriented environment.

1. Expert knowledge of financial standards, reporting tools, and accounting systems (SAP or equivalent).
2. Strong understanding of the retail, e-commerce, and luxury sectors, with sensitivity to premium market codes.
3. Proven experience in budget development, financial analysis, and performance management tools.
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
5. Service-oriented mindset, with rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, and strong team spirit.
6. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years in industrial or operations financial control, ideally within a luxury or premium environment.

Advanced degree in finance, management, or a related field.
