1. Support Trade Marketing Managers in POSM and NSV management, including forecasting, ordering, and distribution of testers, samples, and visual merchandising tools.
2. Assist in the implementation of 360-degree marketing campaigns, coordinating pop-up sites and customer events, and liaising with HQ for necessary assets.
3. Aid in the planning and execution of luxury-focused events, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
4. Conduct in-depth market research on luxury trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with the team.
5. Track and analyze media coverage and social media engagement, compiling reports on PR campaign ROI with a focus on luxury branding metrics.
6. Manage administrative tasks, including database maintenance, organizing couriers, and developing local marketing tools.
7. Raise and track purchase orders, coordinating with Finance for efficient budget management.
8. Support the Communications Executive in managing luxury sample distribution and maintaining the PR sample inventory.

1. Graduate or student in relevant studies on a placement.
2. Fluent in English.

1. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
4. Proactive and able to use initiative.
5. Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team.

Previous internship or work experience preferred but not essential.
