- Conduct creative research to enhance the fragrance line's universe, including moodboards, concept development, and packaging ideas.
- Coordinate product development with dedicated teams such as the creative studio, laboratory, packaging development, and regulatory departments.
- Participate in 360-degree product launch strategies, including digital activation, film production, print communication, and retail point activations.
- Engage in briefing sessions with both external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, sales, and performance, maintaining constant vigilance.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's level) in business school or university.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in perfume or cosmetics development.
- Passion for luxury perfumes and cosmetics with a strong product sensitivity.
- Curiosity and creativity with a keen interest in new product launches.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent organizational and structured thinking abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and autonomous work ethic.
Beginner level experience in marketing, ideally within the perfume or cosmetics industry.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field.
